Oh those strings!

Here I am heading into a Christmas season with a mixed bag of strings. I must like to live dangerously! I have had zero string deaths since my last post, which is kind of amazing! I have been playing much more this fall than in the last few years. It is a testament to the old Bow Brand Strings that are still on my harp, pre-patch test. I just have to skate through this week on these strings. (fingers, crossed, because replacement strings are sparse.) I hope to have the new year bring me a new batch of strings!

I will leave you with this lovely memory of playing at the Pittock mansion with a Flutist and her family. We had a lovely time. Santa got a harp lesson!
