Living my best life.

Or, at least I am trying to! If you have been watching my YouTube channel, you have seen me finishing up my move into a new apartment. I decided to take a break from the clutter of unpacking and head to a coffee shop for a breakfast treat! I ended up at Manna Bakery in Salem, OR. I think their baked goods are the best in the city. It has been a lovely morning in Salem. The downtown felt friendly and the weather is perfect. I need to grocery shop or I will have to continue to subsist on cute coffee shops! A downtown grocery would be amazing but, that is not a thing right now.

It is a Thursday. I have been having a hard time with Fibromyalgia related pain. It has made taking a shower an epic event. I am starting to look at the piled up mess in the apartment and I am starting to pick away at the corners of everything that needs to be done. The whole place is currently one big Doom Pile. I am focusing on the bath and the kitchen first. Just battling back on the things that are currently less than hygienic.

Friday at the office has brought so many friendly people into my world. I have my Emotional Support book and am contemplating another year of working with this wonderful community theater called Pentacle Theatre. I have decided to reread Wildwood by Colin Meloy. It is a junior fiction selection but I have felt the need for some Pacific Northwest themed whimsy and this one hits the spot. I have never read the other two books in the series and it has been a long time since I read the first. A refresh read is in order.

This Friday is my first day free from the pressure of having to move. I am done. All my parts are on the new lily pad and my past is now completely in the past. I will continue to work on only dragging along the memories that nurture me.

Saturday has started with a harp ensemble rehearsal with my local chapter of the American Harpb Society. We started working on Powdered Wigs by Curcio. What a cute piece. I had to figure out how to get the harp through the moving maze that is my apartment!

I managed it! It was a journey. Rehearsal went well. Now I am at work. I arranged to come in late today to accommodate a bit more rehearsal time.

I have been doing a daily battle with my Fibromyalgia. I feel pretty good this morning but by the evening I am good for nothing but watching the car cross the bridge. It is very frustrating to have so many things you want to do and that you need to do and all you can do is be flat in bed. It does pass though.. I was due a flare up because of how much stress I have been under. Expected, but definitely not fun.

I have been enjoying a few favorite treats, my latest makeup combo and living with a cat again.

I will sign off here for the week! May your next week bring joy and adventures to us all.

Your post on embracing joy amid fibromyalgia flares and small wins like bakery treats and harp rehearsals is so inspiring! It reminds me that true fulfillment comes from those everyday moments. On a fun note, did you know Technical Guruji net worth reflects his tech passion paying off big? Keep shining!

Living my best life means staying focused, stress-free, and making smart choices that help me grow. As a UK student, one challenge I faced was maintaining quality in my university assignments. That’s when I realized how valuable Academic Editing Help Services are they improve clarity, grammar, and structure. Recently, I had to submit a capstone project and needed expert guidance, so I decided to Hire someone to edit capstone paper from Academic Editors. Their support really helped me meet deadlines and achieve excellent results.

It was nice reading how you focused on personal growth and finding balance in everyday life. A lot of people overlook how small habits, like setting boundaries and prioritizing wellness, can change how you feel long term. Your point about staying present really stands out because it is easy to drift into comparison when life gets busy. For anyone juggling academic goals while working on themselves, using a Scopus Journal Publishing Service can help manage the technical parts of research submission so you can keep your focus on building routines and staying healthy.

Your post felt so relatable the mix of exhaustion, healing, and small joys really came through. Moving and managing Fibromyalgia sounds tough, but your positivity shines. I’ve been exploring creative writing lately through Shopify product description writing services with PaysomeoneTo, and it’s reminded me how storytelling connects us all.
